Gardening

Author: I was out shopping for the garden today. I found some plants but need a few more. I also bought seeds. I’m hoping to get the vine plants/seeds in this weekend if we don’t get rain.
I’m going to do the companion planting again this year. I think my garden did very well last year using the companion method. I will be making a couple of changes. The wind is so strong here that I will be putting up cattle panels for the tomato and peppers plants. Hopefuly that will prevent the vines being on the ground like last year. I’m also going to plant marigolds around the main garden for pesky bug protection and color. Hopefully they will also discourage my poultry from foraging in the garden.

I need to do some reading on companion gardening. I just don't have in my head what goes with what! Glad to hear you thought it worked well for you.
